SureDocs is a document generation platform built for the people who keep things running. Contractors, shop owners, agents, and independent professionals spend too much time behind a desk producing paperwork that should take minutes. We built SureDocs to fix that. Describe the job, answer a few questions, and get a professional document you can send from your phone before you leave the site. No templates to wrestle with. No desk required. SureDocs is a Nova Media LLC product, built and operated in the Pacific Northwest.

Founder & CEO
An IBEW member since 1992, Derek spent decades managing commercial electrical construction projects before becoming a Team Leader at Boeing. He built SureDocs to solve a problem he lived firsthand — contractors losing jobs and time to paperwork that should take minutes, not days. He built the first version with his son.
Liam Springer
Customer Acquisition
Liam is studying Construction Management at Santa Barbara City College and spends his summers doing hands-on work for his grandfather's residential remodeling company. He brings a contractor's perspective and a next-generation view of how the trades industry is changing.
Steve Shaw
Advisor
Steve brings decades of experience building and scaling technology companies, with leadership roles at DoubleDown Interactive and Presence Labs. He advises SureDocs on product strategy, go-to-market, and building software that solves real problems for real people.
Donovan Gladstone
Advisor
Donovan is a Pacific Northwest native with 31 years as a Territory Manager for GAF, one of North America's leading roofing manufacturers. He brings deep contractor relationships and ground-level industry knowledge to help make sure SureDocs actually works the way tradespeople need it to.
