What to Include in a Pressure Washing Estimate

Job address and scope. Be specific. "House wash, driveway, and front walkway" is better than "exterior cleaning." Clients remember what they asked for. You want the scope in writing.

Line items, not one lump number. Break it out. House wash: $X. Driveway: $X. Deck: $X. When clients can see where the money goes, they push back less. They also add things more easily when they can see the menu.

Materials and equipment notes. If you're using hot water or a surface cleaner, say so. It signals professionalism and justifies your price versus the guy with a rented Home Depot unit.

Validity window. "This estimate is valid for 14 days." Protects you from being held to a number you quoted six months ago when gas was cheaper.

Payment terms. Deposit required? Due on completion? Put it in writing before the job, not after.
